Hi, I refered my brother and we now have the simcard. Unfortunately the account got locked for more than 12 hours. We tried to reset the password after three hours but it is still locked. Can someone please help us unlock it and proceed with the simcard activation?

I just found the solution. After resetting the password we had to wait for at least 3 hours. It's all good now. Thank you!

Try clearing the PM App cache and data, then trying the activation again @Henyem
