My account's been suspended despite having recently paid. What can be done to resolve this?

Hello,
I've tried reporting my phone as stolen but that option isn't available to me for some reason, I keep getting an error screen. I've also tried adding $1 but now when I try to make afull payment, it says my account is already balanced. Help!

@itsmesosa Is yesterday your re-newal date? This is normal system happends upon every renewal, and if you do have service, you should be fine.If you don’t have service sent PM to MOD.

Does your phone still work? It could be error on your account page but still works.
If service is not working, try setting phone as lost/stolen and then enable it again after couple of minutes. That might reset the account.

I had the same thing happen to me last month. On your renewal date it should be changed back to active. Do you have autopay setup ? If you do, check your credit card activity. If you still have problems then contact a moderator. You can send them a private message here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

In your self service account, is your account status active or suspended? More details about your situation may help decide what can be done next.
You could try the lost/stolen phone trick or manually loading up $1 to reset your plan/SIM card.

When is the payment due date at the top of your overview page?
When is your autopay date at the bottom of your overivew page?
Both of these should be the same?
Please post a screenshot of your payment history with your personal info masked out. We may be able to spot the problem.
