How do I cancel my account? I moved from Public Mobile to a new provider and want to confirm account cancellation.
I cannot login anymore and get to my account details/billing info.
I cannot seem to reach any person, or access the support ticket feature without getting an error. I tried a private message to CS_Agent but that so far has not worked.

number ported and account would be closed. Cannot login is a good sign as your account is closed hence cannot login
you just need to keep an eye on Credit card and PM won't charge you again.
