I have paid for blackfriday plan subscribe but not yet ported in.
I’d like to cancel the subscribe and refund also.

If the porting is not completed and your old SIM still works then you haven’t subscribed or paid for a plan so you weren’t charged.

since you already paid...why not tetst drive PM for 30 days ? You can always port away later on. Whatcha got to lose ! 😎
added...you don't even need to port existing number in to PM...you can take a temporary number to start...then if you like PM, port in to PM with old number.

PM is prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund. If you have not used the service yet, maybe you have a chance. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here and try to work with them
