Accessing multiple accounts to change plans

Mortalicious

I have 3 phone numbers with public mobile. When I go to my account only 1 is registered. I have been trying to change my plan on all of them but can only access 1 number. I actually spoke to a real human about this awhile ago and was told I had to do 2 online and would be called back to confirm change on 1 number.  Never happened. How on earth do I navigate a system that requires multiple emails, usernames,  passwords, and has now apparently removed the option of speaking to someone. It just took me an hour to figure out how to get this far. Totally frustrating. In the meantime I’m stuck with plans I don’t want and no apparent way to change them. This is the most user- unfriendly company I’ve ever used and becoming harder to navigate as time goes by as well as more expensive. If I can’t change my plan now I want stop using public mobile but is that possible with this unstoppable machine the company has created?

@Mortalicious, if you joined when there was still stores you would have been a Legacy plan holder.  Are you still on that original plan or have you changed in the past 2 years to a new plan?  If you are still on a Legacy plan you should have phone support and that is the only way to change your number. *LEGACY PLANS ONLY*

I managed to send a private message to a moderator with my name, all 3 phone numbers and my contact phone number. I don’t understand the instructions I was given for adding numbers or a letter to my gmail. This is too much work just to do a routine change to my phones on public mobile. Customers should not have things made so complicated. Will someone just change my plans? I was promised a call but it didn’t come. A phone company that nobody can call - hmmm - why is that? I can’t reach anyone by phone now. When I started with public mobile there were even stores! And the price was great! What happened? I’m fed up.

@Mortalicious if you use gmail you can create alias accounts by adding a + before the @ and sall mails will go to the main account.

Is name@gmail.com and name+5636@gmail.com will all go to the name@gmail.com

The +5636 can be anything like last digits of phone number or a name.

@Mortalicious, every public mobile phone number requires a separate email as each one is an individual account.  Now if you have had phone support you must have been a Legacy plan holder (pre Feb 2015) I think.  If you haven't changed the plan then you will still have phone support.  You will need to message a moderator.

To send a private message to a moderator click this link.
In your message please include:
  • PM Phone Number
  • 4 digit PIN (if you don't remember this then they will need at least 3 of the following to verify your identity)
    • account number
    • date of birth
    • complete address listed on account with postal code
    • email address on account
    • most commonly called numbers
    • alternate number listed on the account
    • last payment date and amount
    • last 4 digits of the credit card
  • Detailed explanation
