Suddenly my phone number can’t be used, and I can’t log in to the website, what should I do now?

I have been using this number for almost 10 months, and it suddenly became unavailable. When I answer the phone or make a call, it is automatically disconnected

Call 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter your phone number from another phone and see if your account is suspended for nonpayment for next month service.

Well this is interesting. Is it a new number or did you port over recently... can you share more info?

@rouse Try calling *611 is your account active or on hold . ? If on hold you may need to get payment vouchers and load them *611 to resume services .
