Hi,
i have 2 number and 2 different plan. Ine is attached to my account but not the other, How i can add this second number/plan to my account?

you can just sign up for a new gmail/hotmail account with publicmobile or phonebill blah blah (prob need some extra numbers or letters to get one that isn't used) and just use that for your second line (and maybe a dump off for junk mail lol)

@IdaMobilia1982 no family account here. Very simple system, one email with one phone number. So, two phone numbers, you need another login created for that.

@IdaMobilia1982 you cannot attach 2 number to one My Account
My Account is one email one line. When you have 2 lines, you need a 2nd email address to create another My Account login to tie your 2nd account
Since you have not opened the 2nd My Account yet, you will need PM support assistance to open the new My Account. Open the ticket as a Forgot Password type ticket
