90 day plan

Hi,

If I have a 90 plan and I cancel to switch to a 30 day plan, would that get pro-rated to credit me the difference?

hi @andreaearle if you already use Change Now to change llan, it is too late now. PM is prepaid and won't provide partial refund.   That is the bad thing for a 90 days subscription

nope...but...pick your new plan to start when the current plan is set to renew...

ed...I was too slow in responding...didn't see that @Handy1  has already provided suggestion.

@andreaearle  No you won’t get refund or pro rating . Instead charge plan for next renewal so you don’t lose money on your current cycle
