Hello Support
For about 48 hours I am no longer able to place outgoing calls, receiving an auto message saying 7B1, your phone is not activated ...".
I am able to get incoming calls, SMS service is working both ways, and access to PM data network is also available.
Can I get some assistance for having full service restored, please?

try Reset all networks on your phone first and check if it helps. And test in another phone as well
