@JWINS Sorry you're having difficulties, the customer service agents should be able to fix it. Send them a private message using this link, then monitor your inbox for a reply (either at the envelope icon top right or click on your avatar and select Messages. There are problems with the website right now so they are likely very busy but they should eventually get back to you.
