I switched to public mobile yesterday and it was working. However today, I only see SOS. I tried all the trouble shooting instructions on the website and nothing is working. I also tried to create a ticket multiple but the website won’t load. Another friend of mine has her network down too. WHAT TO DO NOW???

If you put your SIM Card into another device does it also still have this same issue with No Service?
I have a Friend with the same issue today, and I've been trying to narrow down if it was a Broken/Defective SIM Card or this Black Friday overload. (They also just Activated Yesterday, and just today the New SIM Stopped working.)
We've been waiting for the Self Serve Portal to work so we can Change his SIM and Update it to a new one.
I will report back.
