We got stuck on the last step when creating our new account. Trying to port a number from Koodo prepaid.

With prepaid Koodo, you will actually need Customer service agent (CSA) to finish the port.  If possible, try to pick a new temporary phone number.  

Then submit ticket or private message CSA team.
