Hello,

The current offer 75 gigs Canada-US Plan for $40.00

• will this plan allow customers to use data (roam) in the US as well? 
• Will rewards remain the same if you're on the old reward system?
• Why are current customers offered the $34 Canada-US plan?

Then it is worth trying with a CSA.  Luck of the draw depending on which CSA you get.  However, don't get too upset if your request is declined.  Just try to be nice and cross your fingers.  😀

Which plan are you on presently?  If it is less than $34/month, then you might have a chance to "upgrade" to the $34 plan via customer service agent.  If it is more than $34/month, your chances are low to be granted a switch to plan that is meant for new activations.  

The $40 plan is still a very nice promo plan itself.  With your legacy rewards, it will lower the price even further.

@mixxim10  Yes it will work in the US just like here at home for calling texting and data 

also yes your rewards will stay the same you will not lose those , no worries 

the 50GB $34 plan is just for new activations and not existing customers , however some have confirmed getting this plan just by asking support
