I just bought a voucher, as I always do, to top up my plan. Everytime I dial *611 it says I'm calling T mobile and refuses to connect. Also can't find anywhere on the app to use the voucher, just to change my card payment. Anyone know what's going on?

I'm aware that it was hanging up instead of presenting the IVR. It's working for me, but it's clear that there is some type of partial outage.

Try use 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone to load the vocher
And also when and where you got the voucher?

log in on a laptop to add the vouchers...see if that helps. Log in / Payments / look to the right to find Redeem Payment Voucher.
