611 is not accepting my PIN
Customer Service is non existent. 611 is not accpting my pin. This page is impossible to use.

....I also have problems! I can't make a ticket because I don't know the 4 digit pin or the Account number or the Last payment made on the account. Public mobile should have backups on another grid for emergencies
they should help fix the 4 digit pin instead of this community bull that does not work good.
All my info is on the login of the account that is down!!!!

The best thing to do is wait until the website is back running then go into your account and change to a PIN that you remember so there is no future issues.

Try calling 1-855-478-2542. It worked for me every time I called.

Indeed, the self serve systems outage is extremely frustrating, inconvenient, and unacceptable.
if you are without service, the best you can do is wait till the services are back up and running to arrange and make payment.
