6 digit PM log in code continues to go to 1-236 # rather than ported number

however other sms from family and friends are coming ok to ported number

also not receiving authorization sms codes from  CRA and financial institutions to ported number

If you very recently joined PM then:
- SMS is not working properly for new customers. You have to open a ticket so agent can remedy this issue
- Sometimes SMS will not work properly first few days after signing up as SMS has to 'find a way' to your number. Particularly issue with government, banks and other 'serious' organizations.

how long you joined? this 2FA will take as many as a week to start working again on a ported number.  this is normal for porting.  Please wait until after a full week and try agian
