I have a 5 g plan but my phone shows its running on 3g/2g any ideas how to fix this?

@Sue-s1 In phone settings go to cellular . Voice data options and pick 5g

@Sue-s1 Do you have 5G capable phone ? If yes have you changed your network to 5G instead of 4G/LTE ? Also this wouldn’t happen to be a Samsung s20 by any chance
