Hi, I just got my SIM yesterday evening. Number transfer was successful, app is live, sim number in the app is correct, and all trouble shooting steps in the chatbot completed. I still get "unregistered sim" on my phone.
Did I mess up by selecting a 5G subscription? It looks like my phone model (SM-a515W) is only 4G compatible.
If yes, then how do I switch to a 4G plan? The app only let's me cancel the 5G after 30 days or switch to a 4G plan with a second charge, no refund for the 30 days 5G not used, and not on the boxing day sale (would be the same price as my old koodo plan 🙃).
Thanks for any help! The system isn't letting me submit a ticket.

@DaniDe You can still use 5G plan with phone only capable of 4G/LTE and still get better speed of 100mbs of a 4G plan
