5G Plans not Showing as a Subscription Option

I got a new iPhone 13 which is 5G compatible.  Why aren’t the 5G plans showing up as a subscription option when I go to “change subscription”

I'm a bit confused. You said "...that worked". Did you get the 5G menu to appear ?

@Spokeshave , plan speed options are not limited by the device you are using.  Note that 5G is a marketing term for the speed cap on the plan.  You actually don't need to connect to the 5G network to get 5G plan speed.  In any event, you should be able to shop for 5G plan options using the suggestions already mentioned.

Your phone (and whether or not it's compatible with the 5G network) has nothing to do with being able to subscribe to a 5G plan. Could be a browser cache issue, as has been mentioned.

I can see four 5g plans available to select from right now.  Have your tried clearing cookies or using a fresh browser?

@Spokeshave  Try again incognito or private  mode or from another device . Also consider trying in the app . And when on the plans page select option that says “all” or “5G”
