50 outgoing texts

I have run out of the 50 outgoing texts but have 1000's of minutes left and lots of data in the $13/month plan still. How can I get more outgoing texts added??? There is no add-on option that does this except upgrading my account it seems to the $35/month unlimited outgoing texts????

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks!!!

You may still have an issue with being able to send unlimited MMS. According to this thread you need at least 1 remaining SMS text to be able to continue to send MMS texts. Carefully consider whether you want to change plans or not as it's an irrevocable decision as far as the unlucky $13 plan goes.....your data on this plan is full speed 4G LTE whereas the next plan up with full speed 4G LTE is the $35/3gb plan. Make note of the idiosyncrasies of texting in your plan that are noted in the following linked thread for your following 30 day cycle.

@businessasusualIt sounds like you are on what "used" to be the $10 plan, with 50 in/out texts and 50 minutes. This plan was increased last year to $13. As such, it's now only $2 more for you to upgrade to the $15 plan which includes unlimited sending and receiving of canada-wide and international SMS & MMS, as well as unlimited incoming minutes and 100 outgoing minutes before consuming any of your bonus minutes.

If you're a long-time customer, you may also have up to $7 in loyalty and auto-pay rewards subtracting from that already as well, making the $15 plan an $8 plan in reality...

Edit: oh yeah, an undocumented "trick" with the $13 (old $10) plan is that sending MMS does not deduct from your total send messages count, so while SMS may be blocked, send it as an MMS and it will still go through. 😉

Send as many MMS's as you want. Or use a voip app like TextNow that does talk and text when connected to the internet.

You can get the $15 3G plan that comes with unlimited texting.

It's good value.

@businessasusual  Are you on the $15 plan with auto pay to make $13 plan ? If so the $15 plan should already be unlimited text or are you in the old $10 plan that no longer exists
