I received the $5 off per month but never received the 50% off the SIM card purchase, which I thought would be added to my account with the $5 off. Any thoughts on this?

@fangfangfu  Seems there may have been a glitch. So, IF you ordered the SIM from PM's website AND your credit card shows a charge fo $10, open a trouble ticket. 

To obtain a ticket, click on https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and enter your question in SIMon. Follow / invent the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button, click on it and a Submit Ticket button should appear. To confirm that your ticket has been submitted, check the SEND box in your private messages; click on the small envelope next to your avatar at the top right of your screen.

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators, but this alternative contact method may have a longer response time. Click: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

If you paid $5 for the SIM buying it here then that's the 50% off SIM cards. I don't think that part applied to SIM's bought elsewhere. Where did you see mention of 50% off a SIM in relation to the $5 promo?

Purchasing the SIM card is separate from your PM account. Did you purchase the SIM card from Public Mobile or from another retailer? If you purchased it directly from PM it would have been 50% off at the time of purchase during the promotion.
