So you took a random number and then contacted support using the link provided to transfer your Koodo prepaid number. Right? Then what happened?

@Laytobaker So have you yet activated a sim on the new PM app with a temporary public mobile phone number yet ? If so now you need to contact support to transfer the number for you . It’s not something you can do yourself . If it was koodo post paid sure but not Koodo pre paid . You need support link to them is at bottom of the page first reply to your thread

@Laytobaker If you’re coming from Koodo pre paid you need to first activate a sim on the new PM app with a temporary phone number from PM then message support to transfer the number for you . You can use this direct link to support to transfer the number after you have activated a sim
