Only one of 3 accounts I handle got the text. If you want it, just log in to your account and the plan & add-ons tab and change plan and 4G and yellow arrow down 1 and the highlighted plan should be the plan.

You can log into self service and still get that plan. Choose Plan & Add-Ons and then make a plan change. Choose 4G plans and keep arrowing down and you will see that plan. Choose change on next renewal date otherwise you will not get any credit for your current plan. Yes, that is one of the best deals I have seen for current customers.
