I have four accounts I am trying to activate the free 2GB of data on. Every account says code invalid, I’m copying it right off the link that was sent to us. Any ideas?

All of those accounts have an area code from the maritimes? Possibly have a postal code too? Try in private mode. Try another browser. Even device. Keep trying.

@Lorina12_ the code is simply 2GBFiona Just login to My Account, go to Payment & Add-ons page. At the bottom, there is a promotion code box
Please note that the code will only work for phone number with area code in the affected province.
If your phone numbers are eligible, you can open ticket with PM Support and have them to apply manually
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
