It has been 8days since activated my new account in store , i still have not got the 2GB data yet. Does anyone has the same issue or know how long it will take to get the 2GB data? Thanks

It should be in there by now so it sounds like either the person at the store dropped the ball or entered in wrong code. A CSA should be able to manually do it for you

It's bonus recurring monthly plan data vs a bonus data add on so it doesn't roll over it resets every 30 days so there is no real point in waiting.....if it hasn't shown up by now it's not going to unless you ask. Glitches occur quite often so you have to be proactive sometimes to get your promotion applied to your account properly. Did your $10 bonus referral credit get applied? Thats been a known issue for about 9 months being very hit or miss despite being entered correctly at activation.

It really shouldn't take that long. The announcement said it would take up to two business days for it to show.
If it is not displaying under the "my promotions" area in your self serve account, you'd be wise to send that service ticket off to customer support agents sooner than later.

If you don't see it within another few days, contact customer support agents to confirm it was appropriately added upon activation. You will see it to the right of your self-serve landing page under a section title of "my promotions"
