How long is a short time. I put my new sim in 24 hours ago and my phone is still not receive verification codes?

i dont have issues with PM since i can get the code via email.
its an issue when i try to login other id's such as my outlook email

For example,
when i login to outlook, it required me to receive a code via text and then verify to login.
i dont get the text messeges sent from outlook. The only other option is call to my phone, but that doesnt work either.
Sending regular texts, phone calls, data all work fine.

What do you mean you need to access your email? Are you not able to get into your email from your phone or desktop?
Short codes can take a bit of time to work when activating a new line with a provider. Hopefully it will work soon.

If you switched very recently, it will take some time for other companies to 'find' a way to your new number.
If you have issues logging in to PM account and are not getting code to your phone, switch it to email.
Click on: ‘Didn’t get a code’ and you will get more options.
