Well, here we are. For a long time anyone could change subs to any promo offer. Now we have Public Mobile doing the big carrier BS and gatekeeping promos for new customers only. Looks like ill be switching again. Bye public mobile, you messed up, again.

Which plan are you on presently?  If less than $29/month, you could try to contact customer service agent to manually switch.  YMMV. No guarantees.  Sometimes CSAs are willing to upgrade from lower price plans to more expensive plan (even if only for new activations).  

There is the $29 version for 10GB for existing customers.  Or if you are patient enough, sometimes Public mobile will make these plans available to all customers.

To get a new activation plans $29 40GB, you need to port out to a new provider, then port back in as a new customer to get those plans.
