Is the E sim not free for old customers

Hi everybody, am curious if eSIM is free for PM old subscribers. Am loyal subscriber since 2018 and didn’t change to another provider even though changed province since 3 yr ago. Any help or insight would be highly appreciated.

sorry, no free sim for existing 

but if your sim seems to have problem, PM agent might reimburse you the replacement cost, just submit a ticket and ask

for existing customers, they cost $5. No cost for new accounts though.
