250mb data missing from plan

My plan should have 250mb data per month; however, the 250mb data isn’t displayed as a feature of “my plan & add-on”. I’m not sure since when it has been missing but it was there when I opened my account. This is my backup phone so I don’t use it often. It seems to have been deducting data from my add-on data. Can you please look into this and let me know? Thanks!

check your account setting it would  display  the data.

You might be able to catch it after midnight eastern on your renewal night. You might want to turn off the OS and app updates over mobile data. You might want to turn off any options to switch to mobile data if the wifi gets weak or out of range. You might want to turn off any apps wanting to use background data.

250 megs isn't a lot of data so it could get eaten quickly with unknown demands. You don't want to waste your add-ons either.

 

Adding - if shortly after midnight you don't in fact see it then you have a problem that will need the support people to fix.

Thanks for your quick response! I’ll keep an eye on that. Currently my internet is too slow to open the usage history.

@Jocelynql   you have 250 MB of data from the $15 plan?

 

did you check the Usage log and see if any web usage there?  See if it adds up to 250Mb  (Please do not trust the sorting feature, it looks sorted, but it is not.  Really go through all pages and check)
