Hello,

I recently received a new credit card number and I am trying to change my pre-authorized payment details. The website is not processing them - it keeps saying "Oops. Something went wrong. Try again later."

I've also tried to just make a payment on my account as the payment is due, but I get the same message.

Please let me know what I should do so that you will accept my money!

Thanks for your help.

Thanks. I ended up using Firefox incognito on a pc instead of my MacBook. Why do phone providers make it so difficult, eh?

Safari browser (normal and private window) did not work. I was able to change payment information using Chrome Incognito.

Yay! Punctuation! Thank you for that. And thanks for the warning - I'd have kept on trying!

No idea what ingognito or secret mode are. Could you elaborate?

Try using different browser or incognito mode.

Do NOT try to change CC info too many times as you will trigger CC fraud lock.

If everything fails, ask agent for assistance.

To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
