$25 refer a friend promotions

I refereed a friend before Sept 30, during the $25 dollars promote for me and my friend, I got the reward point as referral, but i never got my referral credit apply to my account. I read some post already, I will get $5 for 5 months, i just renew my cycle last week, i still have not got my referral credit. Who can look in to that for me?

The $5 credit was added last Monday/Tuesday (October 10th/11th) and a text message was sent to recipients of the credit once it was added to their account. However there are a couple of glitches affecting the bonus RAF promotions this summer. The first is just getting the bonus referral credit automatically added to your account. You can read about my experience with this issue and how it was resolved. You may want to include the link in your messages to customer support. Pass this info along to your referral for their support request.

The second glitch (CSA misinformation notwithstanding) affects a credit being added when a previous bonus RAF credit promotion is on the account. You can read about my experience with that glitch below.....again you can add and share the link with customer support and your referral friend.

hi you need to  get your friend to contact a customer service agent to look into the issue
