I received the 240GB data bonus, I am currently on a $34/month 50GB 5G plan. But I have changed plans several times over the years. I am wondering if the data bonus will be compatible with the new $15 plan that does not include data? Trying to see if there is a way to use the data bonus by switching to a cheaper plan.

this is a special bonus with a 150 days expiration and a term specified that it will be gone if the plan is downgraded

The bonus data will remain active unless your account becomes inactive, you switch to a plan of lower value or to an incompatible plan.

please do not change plan because you have the 240GB. You will loss that bonus if you change to a lower value plan

@ConfusedUser Unfortunately if you change to a lower value plan you will lose the 240GB bonus.
