@Tony18 try to open the ticket quick, technically, the promotion ends Dec
But once you got the ticket in, PM support should be able to add it back quickly
And if you are on new rewards system, Public Points, make sure you login to My Rewards and pick the free 1GB extra data bonus as well

@Tony18 Reach out to the CS_Agent by creating a ticket as mentioned above and they should be able to manually add.

@Tony18 @First try texting YES2 4911 , if that doesn’t work contact a agent and submit ticket
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
