When I referred a friend last week, we forgot to put in the “Refer-a-friend code”. How do I do that now, after he has already activated his card?

@IanJPerry   Perfect if you are the newly joined customers.  

But before you open the ticket, make sure you have joined for over 72 hours, then check your My Account to see if you see a $10 showing up in Available Fund.  If it is there, then you got the referral bonus already

 

But if you don't see the $10, then open ticket with PM Support as my post mentioned earlier

if so, ask your friend to open ticket with PM Support. Follow the steps to open ticket in the post above

@DianaW  have your friend to open ticket with PM support,  they can likely able to add it back

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
