For legal purposes, I was asked to obtain call logs dating back to December, 2018.
How do I obtain them?

Hi @pelley6 only 90 days. You can check it from My Account Usage history. You can download it to Excel file format

I'll go one step further than others have.
Unless the court were to compel Public Mobile with a subpoena for this information, it's unlikely they would take the time to go back into their archived records for this information, presuming it even exists.
I doubt there is a legal requirement to store records that far back.
I might think the most they might retain is up to 2 years.

doubtful you can get your history that far back. I guess you could ask though

please open ticket at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Sorry, but records from that far back wouldn't be available.
