Today I can't get into my PM account because the 2 factor authentication seems to have stopped working. I have tried both txt msg and email. I have been getting all the usual Public Mobile txt messages but not 2fa.
Any ideas out there?

I just deleted all my cookies, reloaded the sign-in page then logged in. This time it sent the 2fa code to my phone as it should. Note to self....always log out of my wife's account!

It's OK I figured it out. I had logged into my wife's account a week ago and forgotten to log out. So even though I was trying to log into my own account it was sending the 2fa code to her phone, and she was out shopping. Kind of a screwy system.

Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode and try again.
