Last year we signed up through Walmart. I have the transaction summary. It lists the same email for both of us. When I login with the email it goes to my husbands account but when I click manage eversafe ID it has my info including my phone number. I am not able to see my account. I am getting very frustrated with this. Please help!

Unfortunately, you can’t have 2 accounts on one email…1 account/1 email.
You might want to double check what email was used for each account.
I think the Walmart staff screwed up and create one account with another email and mixed up the account numbers.
I would suggest you contact a CS_Agent to have this straightened out by private messaging on the envelope icon on your computer but you will need your security PIN for each account.

@Lvan it could be just. browser cache problem. Please login My Account once more, but use Incognito mode this time and see if it works
