Purchased Add on showing in payment history, but not listed in add on section, no data service

I ran over my data allotment for the month and bought the 200MB add on yesterday. Just realized today I'm still not getting data, yet the add on sections only lists my LD add ons, this 200MB is not there. I can download the receipt and it's in the purchase history so it's definitely paid for.

It's a little something to hold you over while you conserve data with the new system of it being only good for 30 days. You use some of it and then your plan renews and the rest would likely go to waste before you might need it again after you might run out again.

@polish_jr2011 that little data is almost pointless . Especially since expires now 30 days after purchase .Also note there’s 20GB plan for $39 that won’t expire . Just be sure to change plan on next renewal and not immediately. Or you lose money on your current cycle . If your interested

ugh. I set FB messenger to click to download photos and videos to avoid blowing through it and then forgot to turn wifi back on so when I got home I clicked to download over data uuuuggggggh

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons

@polish_jr2011 login My Account again using Incognito mode and check if it shows up on My Account

If it is, on your phone, try reboot the phone once, and make sure you don't have data limiter enabled

If your phone has the function, check it's data usage since yesterday. 200mb isn't much. Maybe you blew through it already. Or it should show some numbers in the usage details in the account.
