Is unlimited incoming calls still included in the $15 plan? The current plan description doesnt mention it. Could someone please confirm? Many thanks in advance.

hi @xiv 3G speed is pretty much the "standard" for tier 3 carriers , except Lucky has better than 3Mpbs speed.

I once read on this forum that the 15$ plan is Telus' answer to the CRTC mandated plans as described here.
As such, they are required to allow unlimited incoming calls and at least 100 minutes of outgoing calls to canadian numbers. Calls made to canadian-based toll-free numbers (1-8xx and the like) will NOT deplete your minutes.
Since there is no speed requirement on the data allocation in the mandate, PM chose to throttle it down to "3G speeds".

I have been on the $15 plan for a coupla years...I can confirm that pictured, $15 plan includes 100 minutes of outgoing calls and unlimited incoming calls from anywhere on planet Earth. This is true as long as the cellphone is in Canada...you'd need an add-on for use in USA. If you were to travel outside of Canada or USA, your PM service just wouldn't work...at all.
If you do purchase the $15 plan, you could also buy a $5 add-on that will give you an additional 500 minutes if Canada wide calling add-on. If your $15 plan runs outta your regular 100 minutes of outgoing calls, those add-on minutes will take over. If you still have add-on minutes remaining when your regular plan renews...those add-on minutes will roll over until you need them again. They stay with you until you use 'em up...even if that takes several months or years.

It certainly does included UNLIMITED incoming calls from ANYWHERE in the world, while you are physically in Canada.
To confirm this (if you're wanting to see it for yourself) check your minutes remaining, note them or take a screenshot, then after receiving a lengthy call, check the minutes again.
You will note they do not lessen.

H @Leene. I am on the same plan and signed up recently. Yes, it does include unlimited incoming calls.
There was also a similar post in January and the consensus was that yes, it's included.

@Leene That's interesting. I'm almost positive it used to say unlimited incoming calls. Contact customer service at the link below for confirmation. Let us know what they say.
