So I basically lost my phone and it was eSIM so it hard for me to get my number back because public doesn't have a customer service line that you can call and the chatbot doesn't understand the problem so it sent me to try getting a ticket to speak to an agent then when I try making the ticket it wont process it so now I'm stuck without my number and I also cant access my email because I need my number to get the verification code does any one know what I can do to get this problem solved.
