We purchased 15 days roaming talk and text Feb 26. March 6when trying to make a call a message comes up that we do not have an active plan on our account. When we go into account it states we have 8 days left. What if this was an emergency.
we have incurred many obstacles trying to phone and text and obtain new roaming minutes in the last few months. What is going on with Public mobile.
what can you do to rectify this immediately.

Hi, I think it is 15 days roaming, from activation date, not to be combined with an already active add-on in your account...check with customer service...

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Is your texting working properly?
US roaming talk services can be spotty since it relies on the T mobile 2G network in the USA. The coverage of this old network varies depending on your location.
There was also talk service issues from middle of last week that was supposedly resolved on Friday. Reports were affected customers within Canada. I guess that it is possible that it can also affect US roaming customers.

Basic troubleshooting advice:
Try rebooting phone
Network reset of phone.

@Kopmom - addons only work on Active Plans. Is your account currently suspended for nonpay? If so, make a manual payment to reactivate your plan.
