Woke up and can’t connect to cellular network?! Apple support says it’s not my phone. How do I get an e-sim?!

HI @Dadward eSIM won't help you. PM does not support eSIM
do you see the phones not conected to PM network at all or just no voice calls? PM has some voice issue this morning
Try to put your PM sim card in another phone and test
or try to get another sim card, active one, on your phone to test

@Dadward - oh, well if the SIM worked in another phone, then you have a device issue.

Turn off VoLTE if you have a VoLTE enabled phone. If that does not work, connect with contact customer service agent for assistance.

PM does not support e-SIM.
Did you try rebooting your phone (turn off, wait a bit, turn on)?
Check your account if it is Active? Bill paid on time?

@Dadward - Are any services working?
Can you log into My Account and see if your account status is Active? Or is it Suspended?
Or, when you call 611 (or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device) to see what the status says.
EDIT, public mobile does not support esims.
