$15, $19, $21, $25 dollar plans all GONE. After more than 4 years with Public, I'm leaving.

Downgrading will depend on your current plan and some customer Can and some Cannot downgrade. It depends on your luck or moon phase, most likely. Inconsistency is the rule at PM...

Besides, my account loading takes forever and only after few refreshes and few chosen works I was able to see my account...

You better hold on to your plan because as soon as you upgrade, you can't go back.

I've read that Public won't let you downgrade plans, won't show you plans that are cheaper than your current plan.

I'm not sure about you @pharaoh_peter but I when I open the app I see the $19 1GB and the $20 3GB and the $23 6GB offers to me. I'm on the $15 plan. What plan are you on currently?
