12MONTHS2GB Flash Sale

Last Feb 15, I talked to Katherine Lissette on your Chat line and was advised that your 12 months 2 GB flash sale on minimum $25 plans was valid until Feb 21 and that I should see your dealer London Drugs for a SIM card. When I called London Drug today they said the 2GB sale is only for 6 months and a $35 plan is required.  How do I still get the 12 months $25 dollar plan since it is still before Feb 21?

I still 12MONTHS2GB promo code ad on my facebook feed.  It is valid until February 21.

However, it does seem that you would need to activate at home (not in store) for this promotion code.  So, you will need to purchase a SIM card and the bring home to activate the SIM card/account.

Unfortunately you missed the 2gb for 12 months. That is the reason why sales rep at London Drugs was unable to enter this promo code and enter the 2gb for 6 months.

You can contact a CS_Agent and you might be lucky and may change the promo but it will be very slim…worth a try.

You have not activated yet?  If not, just be safe, open a formal ticket with PM and make sure they will honour it (by the way, just a reminder, this offer is supposed to be activated online instead of in-store)

Anyway, I doubt you can get THAT promo as current one is for 2GB for 6 months for $35+ plans.

It will not hurt to talk to agent and see if they are going to honour previous promo. You have nothing to lose...

@carpioalc Unfortunately the 2gig for 12 months was from Feb 11th to Feb 14 for plans $25 and higher as per link below.
