11 days now and still no port

It's been 11 day since I've activated my sim card, paid for the service and sent in a porting request. Nothing has happened since then, my old carrier sim card still works on my phone. I was wondering if any of the mods can please help me fix this issue since I have paid for PM and am paying for my old carrier as well.

 

If this issue is not fixed, I think may call my credit card company to cancel the transaction that was placed.

This is my 14th day since I activated my PM number...

 

Still waiting to be ported.. Mod @Shazia_K got back to me just saying need at least 72 hours.. it is already way from 72 hours..

 

I am paying both services as well..

 

I have followed all suggestions given, but still doesnt work..

 

Am I throwing good money over bad?

20 bucks have been evaporated waiting for my number to be ported..

 

it is very unfair, I think my active period should be resetted @Shazia_K..

 

I am very dissapoointed

Ohh, okok. Yeah I've messaged them a couple of times in the past week, but still no reply at all to any of my emails.

 

But good to know that they'll change my plan start date!

If your old SIM still works, I would not worry about it too much as long as you have sent a PM to the Mods. They will eventually fix the issue and will change your plan start date to when full activation occurs. This is what happened with me.
