Hey Community, 

 

We’re currently having some issues with our Monthly Renewal Charge and Auto Top-Ups, causing some customer accounts to mistakenly go into suspend. Our team is working on a fix, all services for impacted accounts are expected to be reinstated by 4pm EST. Check back for more updates. We’ll also update this post when the issue is resolved.

Finally

THere was an update a bit ago saying that is has been resolved.  Can you restart your phone and see if it will reconnect to the network

@ddreade , there was a renewal issue today that was supposed to have been resolved by now.  Maybe your account is still affected.  Click on the chat symbol and initiate a support ticket to have your account looked into.

I guess you don't get it do You? I suppose you left your stamp redirecting customers to this thread but the point of my post was to alert customers to the issue being resolved since the announcement thread is buried along with its update. But no you just have move posts no matter what .....?!! You could have easily have waited until tomorrow to merge it into the announcement thread once the majority of customers have been alerted. I don't know why I bother trying to help out here on the community when all 9 of you Oracles do so much work here and stay up date on all the issues affecting customers.

 

I wonder what the real April Fools Joke is today?

I've had no service all day. I've auto payed the, payment appears in my account. My plan details are blank. I can't call out and in or voice mail. I keep get a message "Sorry your call can't be completed.

The issue is now resolved. Yes no joke....it is resolved. Please reboot your phone's and your services should now be working. Posting this so customers can see it since the announcement thread is pretty much buried.....

@J_PM   So, for those customer which PM charged them earlier, their service is not Active and working?  And for those who has Autopay failed and didn't get charge, PM has reattempt to get the fund again and renew the service and they don't need to do any manual payment?

On our side, it has been resolved. I hope that's the case for many members.

Very frustrating to have this issue happening, and the fix being having to spend more money premature to being due! I went and bought another sim card thinking that was the issue! Anyone agree Public should be giving out a credit to affected customers?

What’s going on? My renewal occurred today, I have 12gbs of data, and nothing is working. It’s a huge issue when I can’t even contact someone from public to fix this. Public mobile, get on this asap as we are all paying for this service. My number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, please reset my data or fix your servers as this is a huge issue for me and others. Get back to me asap with a solution.

What type of phone are you using? And have you tried simple fixes such as restarting or powering down your phone? Removing the sim and reinserting it?

Wonder if other people have the same problem. It’s a complete hassle getting a real person on the phone. Now I’m trying to cancel service this is ridiculous 

@GavinB   you are not along.  Many with April 1 as the current new cycle date have the same issue
