@Dunkman : It's all very well to clarify these things which is great but can you also get them to edit the OP and subsequent repeats. Public Mobile is a marketing endeavour...make it right...wording matters.
Or perhaps easier and quicker...you add an edit line in that OP stating this clarification.

@tiva777 : It's just 5 bucks. Move up to the $40 plan and you have the same thing as the $35 plan with the promo. Unless you're on a larger data plan.
And just to clarify for those applying ...does this:
So this plan can be activated on the 31'st? Doesn't have to be before the 31st? A day can make a big difference with getting SIM, porting out, etc.
