Sounds good
yesterday
Can you please add the ability to change to a lower priced plan while you're making the website pretty? By not allowing people to change this is very anti-consumer, did the telus bean counters get to you guys?

Thats what I was thinking too. But you can also change your phone to darker features or dim your light. There is also a eye button in settings as well.

Dark theme can be bad if wrong colors are put on top of black. Some reds and green are hard to see for many people on top of dark backgrounds. Text on top of white background is often easier to read.

Great to hear it. Any updates on WiFi-calling? That thing can go a long way in helping out more and would seem like a complete package : )

Awesome, these changes are nice. The data usage and usage history now look like what we have on the app. Also, the website now has a dark theme like what we have on the app too.
Either way, app or website, we have similar experience

I can't find my current addons (the ones already in my account, not the ones available for purchase) after the new website update.

@computergeek541 Not your mistake, the post did originally say "app" and has now been changed to "website". And coincidentally there was an app update after this post went up, but like you I didn't notice any changes.

Promo Code Integration: You can now apply promo codes directly through the app when making purchases.
Can we get some promo codes to test it out? 😉

I see some obvious changes, so they do have something right

I just reinstalled the PM app and think that my account page seems more organized and easier to navigate. Also noticed that I joined PM less than 2 months ago late in October . But because of my regular login to the forum it felt like much longer. I’m so satisfied with PM making self help options sooo easy.

I just updated as prompted by the app. I don't see any obvious changes.
never mind: my mistake as the changes were to the website rather than the smartphone app

I just updated the app and don’t see any of these changes. Should I perhaps complete remove and then reinstall the app?

What to Expect:
- Credit Card Update Needed Banners: Banners display when your credit card needs updating or is coming up for expiry to ensure you can edit your information and avoid any loss of service.
All sounds good.
How FAR in advance you will notify customers of a need to update credit card?
Will the same features appear accessing PM through computer - browser?
