Good to know! I have only switched once since public reward phased out and was not aware of intricacies involving plan downgrade. Will be more through fil with my plan swaps going forward.
The $29 CAN-US-MX plan did not state that it is explicitly for New Activations Only so one should be able to see the plan listed when logging into their Account Portal to change their subscription.
