Its not intuitive at all and the chat bot gives the wrong steps. It says there should be a button to manage payment info on the 'payment' tab but there is not.

Thanks. Changing the name of the 'manage subscription' button to 'manage payment' would make it much more intuitive.

Update credit card info
In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link

@gooberville it can be tricky. A few tries will probably be needed.
First start by clearing cache and going incognito mode.
If that doesn't work, many people say they have better success with the Public Mobile app under the Payment tab.

Go to your account, payments, change your credit card info. Everything is there...
This allows you to update your CC info

To be honest, I find updating my credit card on the Public Mobile app MUCH easier. Give that a try.
But if you really want to do it online, log into your account, then go to PAYMENTS on the left side of page. Then MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION on the right side of the page. Then next page says MANAGE PAYMENT METHOD. That is where you change it. NOW, if you do get any errors and won't allow you to, do this. Go in to your browser settings, clear your cache, then close your browser and try the steps again. This site is known for cache issues.
